Type of project: Saas, Dashboard
My role and Team: UI Designer, PM and a Developer
Timeline: March 2022 – Jun 2022
The Quincy Board of Assessors serves the city’s residents in various capacities.
One of their key responsibilities is scheduling on-site property assessments,
which citizens request via phone or the website.
This system was built to manage requests, schedule assessments
by the assessors themselves, and allow managers to oversee the team’s workload efficiently.
The design prioritizes visibility of key information, each element ranked by importance.
I also designed a light mode for better accessibility.
This is a real case from 2022, but I redesigned it in 2025 as a study project to update my portfolio.

It allowed me to incorporate all the latest Figma features,
including Variables, Dark Mode & Light Mode.
